Refund Policy

There will be no refunds for payments received after work has been completed. Payment for consulting services provided by Viridian Spark may be refunded only if payment is received prior to beginning work and, in the sole judgment of Viridian Spark, no work has yet been completed.

Cancellation Policy

Any work cancellation will be processed according to the terms of your statement of work (SOW). Unless otherwise stated in the SOW, work will cease immediately and you will be invoiced for all completed work within 30 days.

Shipping/Delivery Policy

You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred in carrying out your services. For any materials to be shipped, you will be sent an email containing a cost estimate at least 24 hours prior to shipping. You will have the opportunity to cancel this shipment within 24 hours of receiving this email. You will be invoiced for the cost of all materials shipped.
